Location: Hot Springs, S.D. | Well, I'm getting carried away with this new-found ability to record, but I wanted to let you hear my student Christiane. She's been playing guitar for about eight months and singing for about six. Sweet and very shy little girl until she opens her mouth to sing. She said it would be OK with her if I posted this here - so I did! (Well, not HERE exactly, but over on my ning page) Enjoy. |

Location: Hot Springs, S.D. | Thanks for the link (again) Bob. Yeah, I'm proud of her. She didn't even know she could sing until one day she mentioned a song she wanted to learn. I didn't know the song by its title so I asked her if she could sing a little of it. I almost fell off my chair!
I'm going to try recording some more of my stuff later this evening. I PROMISE I won't announce it here every time I put up something new, but within the next day or so I should get "Over the Rainbow" and maybe "White Christmas" up. Thanks so much to all of you for the kind words. I've been in a real slump lately (guitar wise) and your encouragement has helped a lot! |

Location: Munich, Germany | Nice voice - but she's overdoin' it a little bit. A little bit more "normal" would be better. To my ears.
Best regards,
