They stank then,too. I went for the Ramones. Great 2 minute songs. Say yer peace, then move on. At Gilley's Pub (Bleeker St & 5th Ave.) John Lennon, playing with David Peel & the Lower East Side, (bought us a coupla quarts of Ballentine Ale). And I'm surprised that CBGB's didn't burn down too... But Vomit and Beer don't burn well. Classy place, two blocks from the Bowery Mission. YIPPIE Headquarters, two blocks the other way. No one thought to sweep it off. The generator was almost louder than the PA LOL. what fun. we played 20th century boy t rex wild thing the troggs purple haze hendrix girl singer sang along to Let's give em something to talk about killer voice I told my nephew she needs to be in the band came back did 2 more all right now free sunshine of your love cream here are some pics me with my hamer monaco superpro which is currently my main guitar. ![]() here is how we looked on the truck ![]() Tim my nephew on bass and vocals and Vinny on drums. Vinny is a great drummer he will be killer in a few years. ![]() solo shot of timmy and his Hamer import velocity bass. A killer value for this korean made bass. ![]() some kid was wearing a gorilla costume with the first band so we decided to call our band "we don't need no stinkin gorillas" no current future gigs scheduled. oh I forgot to mention. the crowd loved us. | ||
