Location: Vernon, CT | Music 1-2-3 has a drawing for a new Godsmack autographed Ovation. Looks like a Legend (?) But anyway I received the announcment via their e-mail ads and entered the contest. Looks like a good guitar that could appreciate. If it's free what the hell. You can never ever have too many Ovations. Play On!

It looks like a Legend natural finish.
That's what I thought...if I win it I have to find a way to get the marker off without ruining the finish... |

Location: SoCal | At least on the older, thicker finish - use can use solvent designed to take off Super Glue. Gotta believe a home cleaner would take it off. I got the tip from Kim. Got in a 1669 CL with Super Glue/CyA on the top - removed the glue with no effect on the older finish. Don't know about neck and headstock.
On white boards, when someone uses a permanent marker instead of dry-erase - just go over it with the dry-erase, takes it off. Would probably work on this one. |
