Location: SoCal | My daughter's computer crashed, and with it, her entire iPod library. Does anybody know any way to download what's on an iPod, onto a computer?

Location: Sydney, Australia | Moody, worst case scenario there are businesses who will rescue data off your hard drive.
When you say the computer "crashed" what do you mean? Do you know the HD is faulty, or you just can't get the computer to work? If you get nothing at all when you try and turn it on, that is often the best case scenario as either the switch (cheap as chips) or the power supply (not so cheap, but doable) have died.
If it is some part of the electronics somewhere, then the HD may be fine. |

Location: SoCal | I should have been more specific. It got sick. Caught a virus.
I, personally, had an iTouch. It was fine, but it got stolen recently. Now I'm using a 2G (2G=2Small) until I can get a new 16G Nano, and I'm finding that for my purposes (music only), the Nano is much better.
I want one in red.....
