Stewmac.com is one of the best suppliers of parts out there, if they will ship to Bangladesh.

Changing out frets is not a simple job, and one that should be done by a pro. Why do you want to change them out? It might be easier to file them down a bit and resurface them. Stewmac sells files for that job, too.

Look up "Fret Leveling" on Google. There are a number of good tutorials.

2 cents (unsolicited)...
Learning to do fretwork is certainly a worthwhile set of skills to have under your belt.
I would suggest you learn/experiment on a beater instrument (or several) though.
Lots of ways for things to go very badly... very quickly.

Remember... If anything can go wrong, it will!

If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong.

If you perceive that there are four possible ways in which something can go wrong, and circumvent these, then a fifth way, unprepared for, will promptly develop.

If nothing can go wrong, it will anyway.

Left to themselves, things tend to go from bad to worse.

If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

Things get worse under pressure.

And Furthermore...
In nature, nothing is ever right. Therefore, if everything is going right ... something is wrong.

I have done some very minor filing with a small flat jewelers/hobby metal file. StewMac sells files, and they have a nice looking file that has a curve so that you can round off the top of the frets very easily.

If you are just taking some small dents out of the frets it should be a fairly easy job. If you have to file every single fret it is going to take some time. A luthier might be money well spent. Check out the Plek machine. It isn't cheap but people say it works wonders.
