OFC Members: If it's ok with Duncan, I can either make a PDF or JPG of the Tab and post it or email it to whoever wants a copy.... Duncan?

I'm playing this arrangement whenever I practice; I just hope the neighbors don't hear me ("hey, who's the nut-bar in unit 212 playing Christmas music in August?").

It looks like this is a popular Christmas song. If I recall correctly, wasn't it written by "The Velvet Fog"?

Joined: May 2002 Posts: 3005 Location: Las Cruces, NM | Duncan J It was written by the "Velvet Fog", Mel Torme, on a super hot, late summer day, July or August. Screw the neighbors if they don't appreciate one of the most popular songs ever written or played. Tim I'd sure like the tab in PDF at shirleyjd2001@yahoo.com. Might give me some inspiration to play more guitar. Bailey

Joined: May 2002 Posts: 3005 Location: Las Cruces, NM | Thanks Tim and Duncan It's the first tab I've ever had where I know how it should sound before hand. I spent years learning Mel Bay fiddle tunes from tab for the mandolin and getting them wrong until I had to play them with a good banjo player where they suddenly made sense. Banjo players keep the bluegrass and folk historical reality intact. Bailey
