Terrific. As Paul says, for $10K, worth every penny. Someday, I hope to own one of the originals. The "97" in the serial number represents the vibrometer frequency reading, which is very high. In fact, very few of the originals reached this high. From the list, Charlie's original No. 47 (considered by some to be the best ever) appears to have recorded the highest frequency at 99. |

The knob from the preamp I found at an old car-radio and the back-door I've made by myself from a piece of black plastic. Now the cross-spring for inside is the only thing I'm missing.
