It ain't as bad as John Denver knocking wood off of the epaulet. I wouldn't be the least bit ashamed to give him a coupla hunnert bucks for it.

If I recall on the archives there is a review/comparison done against the slotheads Adamas, good review and comments about the 1587. Hope someone here get this one and sends it to the factory. Also, the bridge looks more like it was dragged along the road, even though the ad says it was "pick damage" from strumming hard. So what is the technique called when you strum on the bridge?

And, number B, show wear and tear from the impure and imperfect places they wind up in. My old Adamas II was on the road for nearly 20 years before retirement. It's been in the hold of buses, airplanes and cartage companies... drunks. I babied it, mind you... it's not dog eared, but still it shows that it's got some stories. Abused though? Not on purpose.I guess I could work with an Esteban... no wait, a Taylor. Anyway, I felt it necessary to defend the honor of this seasoned snuff queen being offered up. If she were a mid bowl I'd probably give her a job.

I remember reading something that Paul Yandell wrote a few years back (played behind Chet Atkins for 25 years -- heck, Jm probably knows him personally). He said that his and Chet's road guitars were all beat up. That's what happens when you're on the road. Hey Jm, been playing my GC Reissue around the house and remembering that beautiful shallow bowl CL of yours. Someday we'll have to get together and compare tone.....

How funny! Now, now, Bryan, It occurs to me that your words might possibly be a futile attempt to dissuade other potential bidders? MWoody's probably on this like fleas on a DAWG (Jersey accent). I still think she's BEE YOO TEE FUL. Willa

Smacks of 'guitar abuse'... someone should call a social worker. I feel like buying it... just to give it the TLC it deserves. ;)
