The bowl was painted brown along with the decorative trim. Upgraded schaller tuners. Gold flaking on top and also on bowl.Thunderous sound! I can attest that this is a beautiful guitar. This has the OP-50 w/XLR !!! I have been told that there are no plans for a 1688 reissue. Only other option is to special order - long wait and more expensive. If someone absolutely needs a -8, we can negotiate a 3-way deal. ![]() | ||

Although the idea of a matching lowstrung "A" tuned Baritone to offset it keeps slipping in. Too much Ice Cream and not enough spoons to go around. Eventually they will have to make an ANS necked adamas 12 Baritone. It is just a matter of time and whining! I want this one but the timing is all wrong. Again! | ||
