It might cost a little more than the ebay ones but you will usually be getting a near mint to pristine conditioned viper/viper III. oh yeah.....and most importantly, from someone who has a reputation that you can trust.

Escape with SWMGA (She Who Must Get Away), Preacher Deluxe parts are back, package of Walnut for TRCs is in and I won the bibbing on the Viper body that started this trash-talk-wish-I-had-a-Slothead-too post! :D Now have a Viper body, Breadwinner neck, Korean seymour duncan pups and a drawer full of tools! Chatman - can I have my soldering license back - on parole of course?

We'll see what happens on this one. I don't have a lot of love or trust in this auction. If it had a case I'd go $150 and throw the dice.

Oh yeah, and write this on the board 100 times: "Bigger gob does not equal better job" One last pointer Woody-man, soldering is merely one more manifestation of the karmic balance in the universe. Become one with your preamp. Feel the flow of the force as you approach your circuit. Then, before you begin, get yourself in tune with your surroundings by remembering the solderers mantra: Heat on Heat off Heat on Heat off Heat on Heat off

Joined: October 2005 Posts: 7 Location: Linn Creek, Missouri | I'm new to the board and I'm the guy what bought the Viper. It is much, MUCH better looking than the picture represents. Only a couple of dings on the body and of course the neck break but it was repair incredibly well. I am lookng for a bridge pickup and pickguard to bring it back to original. It plays incredibly. I only cleaned it up, changed strings and reset intonation. Any help locating a pup and guard will be appreciated.
