Dude, don't ya know your carbon footprint is gonna be taxed! Congrats Jim! Those are 'killers... Now you'll get G(ear)AS. BTW, that lil' hole is NOT for headphones...

I have selected my date...if you win, why, you'll have first crack at bragging rights. ;) :D --Karen (I'll be good, now.)

I've played it a few times, but I prefer my white ash USA Standard with the Texas Specials. I have lots of better built, higher quality, more costly 'lectrics on hand, but I still pick up the Strat when I want to grind it. There is just something right about how a Strat feels. I guess there is a reason they've sold, what, a million?

I did get it in under the wire for the first of the year. My BD isn't till tomorrow, but I figured I'd better do it now before she had any objections. Now, I'm stating to think pedals, amps, etc....

The '65 Deluxe Reverb is a good all around choice. Happy Birthday. I guess you've grown out of the combo birthday/christmas present deal. ;)

Bobo, I'm afraid you are right. I'll soon be on the hunt for a nice amp and pedals. maybe I'll make that the combo present! ;)
