Come hell or high water I was gonna buy something... anything. I thought cajone ... that's the ticket. I could get the spend monkey off my back without taking to big a hit. So I bothered Al in the middle of his sickness for a price. Then I thought about an audio interface to record with my 'puter. Yeah... I'll get both! Then it happened. On the way to practice with Brian I stopped off at Huber to see if they had anything new. And right there... first in the row of Ovations. My destiny. Paul Huber come in right behind me and says, "The Kaman rep was carrying this around with him and I bought it right out of his samples. Especially because of the blow-out price." I was there first thing saturday morning and picked it up. And because I got a guitar, my wife felt she deserved a new puppy. I does not have the countour bowl like the Sweetwater models but that's okay. I A/B-ed it with all the onther O's there, including a countour bowl, and was more than pleased. Like we have all said, the EliteT gives more bang for the buck that any other O. The cajone and recorder will just have to wait a little longer. BTW... the boy puppy needs a name. I'm open to suggestions.

Even though there have been some creative puppy names suggested, I would go with whatever SWMBO picks. You can name the new git. Have fun with it. Knowing you, that won't be a problem.

It's gotta be right. I'm going to be saying it an awful lot for the next 13 years or so. Pardon me... I'm gonna go play my T!
