I was wondering if Moody would be kind to post some detailed photos of his great looking OFC adamas?

Man!...I am dying to see some close-up pics of both top and back!

:)

I've never been one for the blue guitar but that one's absolutely beautiful and plays pretty damn ok too. Glad I got a chance to strum it a couple of times.

Sadly, right now, I don't have either the guitar or any pictures. Al is shipping the guitar to me as I stayed in CT and worked for several days after the gathering.

Jerome took some pics of the guitar and I'm hoping to see those soon.

He does, I'm sure as soon he's over the jet-lag and culture-shock he'll have them on his website.

I'm sure that Jerome is over the jet lag. It's the cultural shock that I'm worried about. We may have scarred him for life. The llamas may have been a bit much for him....

The funniest thing was during the loading of guitars into the Trebuchet, and Jerome and Tom watching in disbelief going (French accent) "you people are crazy"

Thanks Beal.

I like the pic of Weaser playing it on this thread

http://www.ovationfanclub.com/cgi-bin/ubb/non-cgi/ultimatebb.php?ub...

You know, I think everybody there played it and the only downside was when Temp killed the strings. Oh well, another casualty of destructive chemical warfare (Temp's body chemistry is officially called WMD -- Weapons of musical destruction).....

Gimme a break, I own 30-odd instruments. How'd you like that many strings and my body chemistry? If I didn't buy my strings wholesale I'd be homeless.

Here's a link to some quick snaps of one of the 12 finest guitars Ovation has ever produced. Although the "burst" doesn't show up in the pictures, it is a burst. Just odd lighting as I just wanted to get some photos uploaded.

A heartfelt thanks to Alpep for making this happen.

My friends were afraid when I told them that a guy has build a trebuchet, driving it from his house to New Hartford only to throw Ovation guitars in the air...
But it was so funny!!! :D :D
