They can do that with 1 3/4 width nut but not 1 7/8, except if you do it with a non carved walnut (or ebony) bridge, so forget it and with 1 7/8 width think about a 1680 NWT slotted peghead or Adamas 1 non slotted peghead, I took the first choice fort the custom I recently ordered and 'm waiting for now... But I don't think so.... Perhaps Alpep could tell us more about that particular specification ? Remy

I guess that's as good as it gets.. but I wanted a full blown, here's a picutre of every option, and price of every option available! Then I want to go online and be able to virtually build it like you can with some car companies! THAT would be something. Todd

Even if it took countless exchanges of emails, phone calls at all hours, photos, etc. It's a significant amount of extra effort for the dealer. The only difference as of NAMM '07 is that the factory now seems interested to more widely advertise this capability to the public. and maybe have some guidelines of base models and options to work from. Make no mistake, it's still a lot of work for the dealer. Dave

For example a few years ago I custom ordered an adamas and asked for gloss neck and no electronics. If I had the catalog to stimulate me, I probably would have gotten torty binding, a wide skunk, and a boner nut as well. As far as I know the ordering process is unchanged, just contact your dealer.
