Joined: October 2006 Posts: 5575 Location: big island | mahalo for all the nice comments guys! i am really impressed with the 1537's playability and sound. i am using my marshall as80r amp in this clip, but acoustically the guitar is still primo! edouard (dude) sent me a pm asking for the tab to this song and i explained that it has no tab as it is an original composition that i wrote and i don't write tablature. by the way, i am using the "taro patch" or open G tuning. from bass to treble the strings are: D-G-D-G-B-D | ||

Even though the fidelity of You Tube isn't great, and my cheap computer speakers can't do it justice, you can hear how that guitar rings out and sustains. Simply beautiful! I had a 1537 identical to yours. Someday (soon), I'll have another. It is one that should have never gotten away. Brad -Thanks for the tip on Amazing Grace...very nice! | ||
