Oh, Iffy ... your wife got a good 'un.

A girl can dream, can't she (sigh)?

Wow. If there's only one thing more sad than single guys that hang out at guitar shows and open mics, it's a woman who actually wants one of them.

The reason they are still single is the same reason they hang out at guitar shows.

Hey, I met my wife at a bar. Here we are almost 15 years later--not as long as some of you here, but it's working out OK.

Met mine 35 years ago on Valentine's Day. Boy is she getting old.

Now, Wease, don't get me wrong.

I LOVE guitar players. I have always loved guitar players. It's a character flaw ~ especially because I AM one.

Met back in 1980 when we were both at Ontario College of Art - still happy together and she plays guitar too - so that all worked out OK.

There's been this strange woman in my bed for 33 years. Sometimes her hair changes colour, or a new one moves in. I can't be sure.

But I haven't been arrested or cited in a long time, so it seems to be working out.

What do you consider a "long time?"

". . There's been this strange woman in my bed for 33 years . ."

That's funny, cuz Whitehead told me the EXACT same thing.

(Only he said that after a few years - and the stench dissipated - it really wasn't too bad . . . )
