Thanks for the picture Dave. I don't usually get into to many pictures during an event.
I know I asked this question before but here it goes.
The brightness of lack of seem to fluctuate due to my playing with some exposure settings, flash to subject distance, shutter speed, etc. I know that I played around with some of these settings.
But, how much exposure, light or dark can be due to negative scanning?
I actually had an interesting/awakening experience with the lab that definately has me going more toward the digital side.
It openned my eyes and I am currently waiting for The Photo East 2006 Show to come to the Jacob Javitz Convention Center. I should have a digital SLR by the holidays.

Phil, Listen carefully.

1. Take picture with digital camera
2. Download to PC
3. Click "Auto-adjust"

Except that some programs will add in a certain level of sharpening when using auto adjust and this will more than likely degrade any print you may try to make using those kiosks in the drug stores. The kiosks seem to add in some sharpening automatically and it can ruin a print with too much.

I'm still trying to find a good solution to getting good quality prints from digital photos.

When I finally get my digital camera I know that I can adjust the exposure right away if needed before the opportunity is gone. I also have PhotoShop at home so I am going to spend alot of time learning how to use it.

Brad,
Did you happen to see that there are a few photos on the disc that I did not post in the gallery?

I said to Paul Templeman that I should just send you THAT one picture to show you what we did that day and to send that photo in for the calendar.

Hey!

I got a question.

Remember how (on Saturday morning before driving down to Amy's) I sent you clowns to the supermarket by my house to get beers & such to refill the cooler that got emptied the night before??

WHO was the f@ckwit that bought CoorsLite?!?!?!?!?!

I STILL have a dozen or so bottles of this RockyMountainGoatPiss rattling around in the bottom of my fridge!!!

I even tried palming it off on the neighborhood minors . . . I had to spring for a case of Heinekens t'keep the little bastards from calling the cops on me . . .

ThanksGuys!!

It's the same stuff they drank on the set in filming that movie, Broke Back Nine, a moving story about a golfer and his caddy.

I do remember the incident. Unfortunately I can't recall exactly who said "Let's make sure we get something for those folks that don't like good beer."

Blame yourself, Cliff. I would have assumed at the end of the night that you would have left that crap with Amy and brought the good stuff back home with you. OH... WE DRANK ALL THE GOOD STUFF ??? Nevermind.

It definately wasn't me, I wouldn't use that stuff to put myself out if I was on fire. It certainly wasn't Jeff or Witko. So I guess you can figure it out from there.

It'll come in handy next time you get a visit from someone you can't stand.

From the pictures I saw, it was obvious that none of you ever drank light beer, except for maybe Witko, but I bet he burns off more calories than most anybody else.
