Has anybody here ever tried the L.R. Baggs Para Acoustic DI preamp. If so , how did you like it. I have a Martin B1 with a pick-up but no preamp on it. If you have tried others, too, how do they compare. Thanx.

That particular preamp is one of the best. It gets the job done without unnecessary bells & whistles & they sound great. It's become an industry standard. Others worth a look are the SansAmp acoustic DI & the Boss AD5
