Location: SoCal | Just had Dan Roten and his wife down for a day of camaraderie and 12-string pickin' and strumming. Took over the living room with ? fifteen guitars and a couple of amps, fried chicked, chocolate chip cookies, etc. He also brought down the SMT 6-str that I just got on eBay (the burgunday one he had at the SoCal get-together.)
He has a beautiful TEXTURED TOP Adamas black 12-string on eBay. May go cheap, only a couple of months old. Best way to get, in effect, an Adamas II with newest pre-amp. The guitar has great sound - shallow bowl but equal to my mid-bowl acoustically. Great neck and setup. I will "adopt" if it goes too cheap. |

Location: Sierra Madre, CA | We had a great time. Thanks for the hospitality. Altough if you keep hitting that Ebay bid button succesfully, you might need to build an addition on to the back of your property, to house your new adoption agency. |
