Location: Fort Worth, Texas | I spent 9 days (June 5th-June 14th) camped out on the Quiet Valley Ranch for the second half of the Kerrville Folk Festival. Had a great time, saw and played with a lot of old friends and made new ones, we had a absolutley magical guitar circle Thursday night at "Camp Duct Tape". Saw several Ovations in the campground and one on the Main Stage: Amy Carol Web Ms. Webb sang a great song titled "These Are My Own" and she wasn't talking about her songs!!
Hope some of the Ovation players I talked to have checked out the fan club.....
We got completely rained out over a 36 hour period, you know it's bad when the Legend didn't even make it out of the case for a whole day. After rain, drying out, cool evenings and hot days broke three strings on three songs in a row
Took me a week to get caught up at work and home now catching up on the board!!
Still working on a Southwest OFC/Kerrville friends gathering, should know more soon...
