I keep a spreadhseet of every guitar I ever owned, stats, serial numbers, etc. and I owned THIS serial number Ovation Lenend many years ago. The GC truss rod cover was the tip off. I was the 2nd owner, as far as I know. It was in mint condition when I sold it (before eBay existed - I sold it via The Guitar Exchange). Sadly it looks like it's subsequent owner(s) beat it up a little. I'm sure it still sounds great. Man, it's wierd seeing things come around like that (this also happened on a Thunderhead some years ago, which I bought and didn't even know at the time that I had previosuly owned the SAME guitar). How crazy is THAT? Dave http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2578789267&category=33029

My guess is that the 12 fret slothead is more popular, especially among females who think it plays a lot better. The longbeck might be better suited for men, especially guys with long arms and big hands. Dave

I had sold a Country Artist on eBay about three years ago, and then saw it back on eBay about a year later! Funny thing was, most of the text in the guy's ad / discription was from my original listing of that guitar! Jeff

If you are going to sell their bodies, quit climbing in bed with them and then lamenting their whorishness when they show up on Ebay!! After all, you made them that way, they came to your house innocent and pure and were defiled and cast out in their youth, they show up on Ebay used and abused and you lament that they are no longer the pristine, virginal youthful and innocent that you were the first to KNOW (in the biblical sense)!! SHAME, SHAME I'm going to tell your Mothers. Bailey
