jesse,

This is strange! Fortunately, as a finance person, I can help you out. The increase from 1177 to 1183 works out to be exactly 0.5% on the dot. So, applying straight line extrapolation to your membership # using this logic, I predict that your membership # will be exactly 1188.915 by tommorrow!

I hope this helps!

Yes, you will come from the future. It was bound to happen, Al got careless and let a time shifter join the board. Obviously, Jesse, you are a future/past member and you are going to be able to tell the rest of us what evil plans are being planned by our board administrators. The fact that you live in HK is what gives you this power. Al Coreolone will try to supress you, but he will fail. Power to the Jesses.

Same here! My member # was 1000. After a few days, it became 1004. I suspect "good number" like 1000 & 1177 are reserved for buddies.

I have seen no change in numbers in the database. The "total number of members" is not your member number. Jesse you created several accounts with different email address (I already eMailed you on this, so we can clean up) but be that as it may, one of them was 1187 the 1183. Ralph you have always been 1004. There was quite a celebration when the #1000 member signed up, as it was someone who assisted in getting this site off the ground.

Miles,

Thanks for telling us that " ...the #1000 member was someone who assisted in getting this site off the ground."

I watched & waited till #1000 when I joined. And it said I was #1000 when I joined.

No big deal. You run this site.

Ralph

It probably stated you were the one thousandth member registered, but you have always been #1004. Jbudny is #1000.

Hi Jesse,
No problem, just confirm which accounts to remove by responding to my email, and we'll fix'er up. No problems.
