I'll be getting at least one that I know of now. Santa may be more forthcoming and that would be just fine with me. Tis the season.

Let's see, in the last few months of 2005 I got an 87 Collectors, a 1773LX, and an FD14. Some time in the next couple of weeks, my rebuilt GC 12 string should be back from the factory.

I think it's true that this is "the most wonderful time of the year...."

Me Too!!

I was recently made an early Christmas gift of a silver DS 587-X Adamas 6-string LongNeck.
The walnut neck's got a bit of a patina of talcum powder, but it plays REALLY nice and just "stonks" sound-wise (especially with airlocks in the four treble soundholes).

ThanksAGAIN, Uncah Beal!!!

See ya' in a coupla' weeks . .

Yeah....Dave posted the track listings and credits with each song...stating performer, instruments used, etc...

It's pinned at the top of the threads.

Never mind, I found 'em.

I just thought I'd try something different and invite all the "guests" that're sharing my MusicRoom with me t'play (the flutes are mine, tho).

Hmmmmm, I KNEW Jeff played flute of various sizes but I NEVER thought that you went that way

Maybe that splains the 2mangroup!

The wife just informed me that I am some kind of insane idiot, and that there is no way she's buying me a guitar for XMAS. I even gave her the choice of a 2007 Collector if she found the 2080 too expensive, but no go.

Rats!

What's wrong with insane idiots? A guitar fetish is better than a shoe fetish, but don't tell her that. Ask her for a Ferrari or ski boat instead. Maybe she'll figure out what type of insanity she prefers.

I just got the guitar fetish thing. Caught it from y'all. I was happy with my $97 Strat, til I got the 4861.

In TN, where I had room, it was old cheap DIY cars and motorcycles. I live in a studio... So it was Audio equip, then Computer stuff, then Samurai Swords. Now Guitars.
I will probably buy myself another guitar. I just got one for my Burst-Day. I keep lurking on the Baaa, but once they get expensive (reasonably-priced to rich-folks) common sense creeps in.
