Location: SoCal | Is it just me? I borrowed some air locks to plug the treble holes on my 1537 (and also tried them on Big Blue, my Adamas I 12). I couldn't tell any difference at all in the sound between using them and not using them. |

Location: Phoenix AZ | Completely depends on the guitar (and thanks for the public acknowledgement of how nice it was for me to send my airlocks to you). Like I told you on the phone before I sent them, they did NADA on my 1537. But on Adamas II and an Elite SS 12-string which were the guitars I used to use the AL's on most frequently, the effect was very significant. It really brought out a string bass response. Dave |
