North Downs, South Downs, Chilterns........

Forgive my ignorance - what's a Phiga Virtuoso prototype? And should I want one?

A Fell Runner?

Pardon my ignorance (though I'm going to be ignorant whether you pardon it or not), but is that some sort of, well, let's just go right past my feeble guessing if we can - what exactly is a Fell Runner?

And, flat or not, I think I'll take one of those beers to hear this...

A very nice pint of Adnams this evening in the local pub. A good glass of Suffolk ale.

Schroeder is right. Kent is not flat, it just hasn't got many hills.

Fells are mountains. Some people race up and down them. If running up a mountain (not on any existing tracks - you find your own way) seems stupid you have to see these guys running down a mountain to understand stupidity at it's very finest. And a race usually goes up and down at least 2 and often 4 or 5 mountains. The participants make triathletes look like couch potatoes and usually hav a body fat measurement in the minus scale.

They are working to isolate the gene so that the practise can be eradicated.

Well, that's easy - MtnBikerFred! Your services are required!! Now if we can get one of the Jerseyites on Fred's handlebars with a decent scope, problem solved. If we can sit on the sidelines with a cold pint or two, it sounds like fun all the way 'round.

And they call me ignr..igner..ig...stupid...

Click on 'tour'; enter 'Phigazone', my guitar is top left in 'Gallery 2'. It's an Iceman with a thru-neck...
