Location: Boise, Idaho | Plugged in the Ute tonight with the XLR and picked up an oldies station over the amplifier. It came in louder when I started to plug in the dummy plug, but went away when I plugged it all the way in.
Didn't happen when I plugged the 99 Collector's in with the XLR, just with the Ute. Must be something in the preamp. I should have waited for station identification, but didn't want to wait for Dean Martin to finish. Anyone had anything similar happen. This was the first time it happened to me. |

Location: Oregon | Well, when I dropped my Fender Frontman (when it broke), I plugged it in to see if it was alright and it picked up mariachi music from some station. At that point I knew my amp was gone. So yeah, I can relate. |

(my wife still thinks a dummy plug is when she sticks a sock in my mouth...) |

Location: Boise, Idaho | Preamp is OP Rro. Got the same station tonight. I should listen long enough to figure out what station it is. |
