No, I didn't go...if Tuppie wasn't going to be there in a grass skirt.

From the Sunday paper:

They only had 109 uke players yesterday, were going to try for the Guinness World Record feat of 125 players today (Sunday). Had special guests Henry Kaleialoha Allen and Kimo Hussey.

Kaleialoha

Couple of quotes:

"It felt like Hawaii yesterday on Shelter Island. The warm sun, the ocean breeze, the ukulele music."

"Behind them, the masts of the sailboats bobbed and swayed as if dancing to the music."

Saw it on the news (KTLA I believe) and thought of you right away, I looked close but saw no familiar faces or instruments, but it went by awfully fast.

I think I would have went if I was still in San Diego, it looked like great fun.
