I sell both drop shipped items AND items I stock, take pics and list and ship myself...
I haven't found any software yet that tackles ALL the selling issues I deal with:
1) Purchase order Generated w/ serialized numbers
2) All the listing pkg features most good programs come with Templates, HTML, Spell Check,
3) After sale reports with buyers: name, address, resdential vs business address, e-mail address, screen name.
4) e-Bay payment choices, pay pal money order (e-bay std options ok)
5) More shipping options with links to shippers factory software-> USPS, UPS, FED EX, or ability to gather tracking number, preferably direct link to shipper with tracking, automatic e-mail sent to buyer.
Custom shipping for truck delivery what ever...
6) Accounting pkg 1/7/30/365/ day reports w/profit after all e-bay costs inc shipping
