I would love to know it has a good home and would be willing to give a discount. just mention OFC please. I would also make another donation for letting me post and everyone here being some pretty cool laid back, and knowledgeable human beings!

Then it pretty quickly went to VT-11 bracing. About 50 guitars were built in about 1974 with A braced tops for evaluation. Custom Legends which all had A bracing came out about that time. Regular Legends started all getting A bracing in about 1979. the top was not replaced, you can see the original checking that was repaired. it was buffed out after the process. i got the A bracing per kaman's website info. wish i had a fiber optic camera, i'd certainly let you see it! The easy way to tell if the top has A bracing is to look for two braces which run parallel to the strings on either side of the sound hole. So what if the body has checking? Even if the body was replaced it could still be a thirty year old body and a forty year old neck. The label inside is definitely forty years old. Odds are that I'm right on this or close to it. But who knows? As temp recently said, just when you think you've seen it all....
