Hey,

I'm looking for an original Viper III Pickguard, not a custom made one or a fancy one (although that is a nice one Mr. Ovation), but a solid old one. Mine has a tiny chip towards the neck and I'd just like to make it look nicer. Also, if anyone has a spare case I'm looking for one as well, and possible a set of Viper III tuners (unless you guys know a good way to take rust off those?). Thanks!

Did you PM Mr. O? He's probably your best source.

I notice that an eBay seller is offering Viper pickguards that include the Viper name. Maybe they could make a III.

Someone will be along soon to offer you a nice wooden pickguard and truss rod cover. :)

No, I haven't done that. I guess I could give that a try soon. Yeah, I saw that, but I figured I'd try to find an original one before I go with a reproduction, you know? Yes, you're right. Thanks. :)

I guess I am just a little predictable...

I'll have to think about it, I'd really like to have a regular plastic one. I suppose an ebony wooden one wouldn't look too bad either though, if possible. Hmm.
