But this is a disgusting 'sign of the times'...
(Planets lining-up, Gulf of Mexico turning to blood, etc)
These might be gone quickly... or not?
This is less than just the module usually costs... And it is Black!
If you wanted an iDea module... Here is one with a guitar attached.
[disclaimer-- I don't know nuthin' 'bout the Music Farm, whether these are 2nds or what.
I would recommend asking them.] |

Thanks for the heads up!! |

Would be curious to hear opinions about these either way... Anybody?
Seems like rather a lot of guitar... for a scandalously small amount of $$$? |

Location: Keepin' It Weird in Portland, OR | I have an iDea module... I never use it.
I bought an iDea module when they first came-out.
I never used that one either, so I sold it here.
Then for some reason I decided that I should have an iDea module to go with the new backing tracks on the iDea website...
So I bought another one. I never use it either.
I have never played the CC54 guitar that goes with it.
So I don't know how the actually guitar sounds.
But I have played many Celebrity's that were okay.
But the reason why I started this thread is that the module sells for $299, and the guitar is probably worth about the same.
So it seems like a really good deal for somebody. |

To have the ability to record rough guitar parts, chord progressions etc. along with a vocal line or mental notes ANYWHERE... without having to worry about taking more gear with you. Seems too good to pass up.
Some other good points, I thought...
- a mahogany neck
- rosewood fretboard & bridge
- spruce top
- modern, simple aesthetics
- and of course, the Idea pre-amp itself...
Well, I hope it was a good call... we bought two of them.
I guess we'll find out for sure before too long... :D |
