I am an avid Ovation fan (fwiw I have an epaulet tattooed on my back!) and, as everybody here that haven't (yet), hope to get (at least) a custom made Adamas once. Umm among the many silly questions that I would ask a willing and patient member: 1. Why is it called the Mothership? 2. Why is it called a UTE? (btw there's a great U681T I'm drooling for and can't afford on the Bay) All the best, Ammons

PS Just tried to post in another section and couldn't - being a lurker has its disadvantages (in the words of a furry cartoon character, 'if you have nothing nice to say, sau nothing')

The earliest recorded reference to the Ovation factory as "mothership" was you, on September 21, 2002" "So let it be written, so let it be done", or somethin' Biblical, like that.
