Since we can't post pics yet, you will have to go to my OFC gallery to view pics of this awesome sounding and incredible looking guitar. There are multiple pics under the 6-string acoustic section.

This guitar is in near mint condition and the case is also near mint.

email if interested. Bound for ebay by months end if no takers.

Are you gathering funds for, maybe something else in black?

Actually, something else in red.

I have an '87 collectors, a 1547, and a 1537. Three very similar and outstanding guitars. I just don't need all 3 and I have several black adamas, the '87 is a factory custom painted sunburst (the only sunburst I own) and the 1547 is a much rarer guitar than the rare 1537 and it is also a cutaway.....

So sadly, the black 1537 lost the battle of which guitar to keep and went on the blocks.

That is sad. I wish I had the funds to adopt her, but I'm sure it won't take long to find a new home.

Stephen, the "guy down the hall" that you beat out for the $150 1537 may be interested. He just bought an Artist, but I think his wife actually wants to get him a 1537 for his birthday.

Well, this one beats the beater that I got cheap, hands down. (I actually sold it to my brother-in-law for $500). He always thought Ovations were turds until he came for a visit and played a few USA models. Then he begged me to sell him the 1537! I was gonna send it back to the mothership but he wamted it just like it was.....he also grabbed one of my UKII's. Said it blew his Les Paul away for the punk rock that they play.
