Seller is probably trying the ole "bait & switch" using this Martin's description to lure in the unknowing then sending a junker/beater guitar.

If you read his feedback you'll notice he got a poor track record on items he's sold in the past....looks like he's got a habit of misrepresenting items or not even sending items he's sold or paying for items he's won......

.....ebay will pull him shortly

if the guitar in the pics is legit then it is worth every penny of the BIN, even in that condition. This will go nuts at the end of the auction.

Unless the seller is the person who bought the guitar on ebay a couple of weeks ago, then it's a fraud. If it is the person who spent $20k, then I can't believe he'd put it up with no reserve. My guess is that this auction is a scam.

Why do you say that it's a scam? It looks authentic to me, just that it's an unplayable piece of s', and I wouldn't buy it.

Ohh ... didn't know the backstory. If it's related to the troll, I ignore them.

Yep, I didn't know the background either. 20K is probably not unrealistic for this guitar, but not if it doesn't exist. There are some despicable people in this world.
