OK, all you weekend warriers and project junkies..Here is a double neck body ,solid one peice of mahogany. It took one big slab of mahogany to make this sucker.Beautiful woodgrain. All body contours are as original deacons.Finish has many laquer cracks.Neck pockets are for 12 and 6 string.Already has round metal body inserts for ovation bridges. Will accept posts for schaller or original ovation bridge. Will include 8 neck bolts with body.I'll offer it here first then i'll post it on ebay in about a week .. email at samova@comcast.net

Until Sam gets to reply - He knows, he had it done by a shop near him when he brought in the wood to make one he was surprised when they made two bodies. I had checked into this about a year ago. This will be a significantly cool project when completed.

A really wide strap. I'll bet it would be a beautiful guitar if the right pearson finished it. Not Me. :D

As Paul said the guitar bodies were built by a high end cabinet shop here in Atlanta. They did an amazing job and were able to use a single peice of wood to build the body. They matched the contours perfectly just like the original bodies.Im selling this extra one at my cost of $475.00 plus shipping to whoever wants it. email at samova@comcast.net

Wow.

Are you gonna have a condition of sale that OFC gets some photos of the finished project?
