This guitar sounds/plays great and has never been out of my condo. It is a case kept, mint condition guitar with no scratches, dings, etc. I upgradeg the tuning keys to gold Grovers, and the original Pings can be put back on without any modification to the headstock. The natural finish AA spruce top is beautiful, with straight grain and good silking. I found a used Martin that I have to have, and I have just bought a National, so I must sell. Price $725 plus $35 shipping.
Contact me at 55han@netscape.com for pic if really interested.

Thanks,
Brent

Thanks Steve. I listed the instrument on e-bay last night, so pics are up. Just search by Ovation guitar.

What happened to your e-bay buyer? Guess it didn't work out.

Your guitar is what along the lines of what I want to get for my teenage daughter to play, but I'm going to have to wait till the ole piggy has a few more nickels in it.

E-bay buyer was under suspension from e-bay. Deal voided, and trouble avoided.

I sent you an email about the guitar (just a couple questions).

Out of curiosity, does it come with the case, and is it a mid or slim body?

Thanks in advance

Mike

It comes with the OHSC, and both the guitar and the case are in mint condition. This is a mid-bowl size guitar that sounds/plays great plugged or unplugged. of course plugged is best.

Thanks,
Brent

Thanks for the fast response... I've sent you another couple emails. I'm very interested in the guitar... My only reservation is the mid body vs the shallow body. I'm not the biggest dude in the world, and prefer the smaller body... but the mid sounds sooooo much better... that "torn" sound is me...

Well, you have to buy what you like best. As for me, I am buying a Jumbo. I find that I just like to trade guitars often. I'll have a certain sound in my head, and sell what I have to buy what I want. I don't think that you could lose money on this deal. price this model at Musician's Friend...its $1049 new. This one is 2 months old.

Thanks,
Brent

stormtrooper. I am not a big guy either and the only ovations I have had are deep bowls and that has never been a problem. I certainly don't think you would have any problem with a mid bowl. And if playing acoustically I suspect you would be glad to have the mid versus shallow bowl.
