Location: SoCal | Al, I went over to your webpage to see what was new. The 2002 Collectors is a good guitar with a good sound, but the guitar that was realy interesting was the first Adamas listed, the super shallow bowl with the eq on the top. The only guitars I've ever seen that were similar were the two made for Glen Campbell in (or about 1981 or 1982. He had a steel string with the eq on it's face just like yours but with his name on the face also.
He also had a nylon string that didn't have the eq on the face, but the volume control was on it like yours.
Both went on ebay from separate sellers last year and went to separate buyers. I believe that Bluebird got the steel string. I've got pictures of both if you're interested.
I know I can't afford it, but could you email me what you're asking for it?

Location: RI. That small State out East | Al, I have the 2002 Colectors and think it's the best guitar Ovation has made in a long time. The feel, the sound, the electronics... I think only 750/775 made. Nice guitar.
Woz
PS. I paid a few hundred more... Nice price.

Location: Nova Scotia, Canada | Hi Paul, there were three built in total; the one that was personalized for Glen and given to him (the one that I now own) and two like Al's.
The nylon string you refer to was quite different, having a five piece wide neck and slotted head, Custom Legend truss cover and of course, nylon strings. Wish I had tried for that one as well but I had found quite a few over a short period of timme and the timing was bad financially.
