It's bad enough that you give your debit info to John Budny, but then you have to wait an entire day (maybe even two) for UPS to deliver? I mean, this is America right? The land of instant gratification right? Star Trek's been around for decades right? We've developed contemporary versions of communicators (cell phones), space shuttles, tri-corders (medical scanning devices), and the Vulcan nerve pinch (tazers :p ), so where the heck is the Transporter?! Shouldn't we be to the point where I can press my thumb on a pad, John gets his money, and then he beams me my guitar in about 30 seconds? Am I asking too much here? And then, just to mess with my fevered, unreasonable, didn't-get-to-eat-breakfast-or-lunch brain; not half a day after I complete my transaction, the wettest, longest, and potentially deepest snowfall to show up this year starts making trouble for UPS drivers on the very day I can reasonably expect delivery! I think somewhere out there is some kind of karma-meets-impatience-meets-inclement weather gremlin with my name tatooed on its little pointed tongue. Who said waiting is the hardest part anyway? Just because you know the truth doesn't mean you gotta rub my face in it right? SIGH....... :( Oh well. Back to waiting. It's the hardest part you know. | ||
