... VISTA & WINDOWS 7 HERE.
Hopefully this will make your guitar pics resizing for the forums a tad easier.
I'm using XP and this is a handy utility built into the 'right click' popup.
-After downloading and installing Image Resizer, access the program by right-clicking a photo/file or selection of photos and selecting the Resize Pictures option on the context menu.
-Next, select the new size for your photos. If you don't want to use one of the program's preset sizes, click the Advanced button to view more choices — including custom sizes.
-Once you've chosen a size, click OK and you're done. The resized photos are placed in the same folder as the original photos and are automatically renamed with a (Small) in the original file name.
-If you have a batch of photos to convert, select them and right-click any of the selected photos to bring up the resize option on the context menu. The conversion process is the same as with a single photo. Now, how simple is that!
Supported file formats include .jpg, .gif, .tiff, .png and .bmp. |

Location: Florida Central Gulf Coast | PsychoBunny already had the XP util HERE. Sorry...
At least Vista and W'dows 7 users now have a comparable util.
It's recommended to keep the pic size under 100K for posting here. |
