Location: Scotland | I have both. The Godin is cool because of the synth access, but I use the Viper for gigs because I prefer the sound and feel. Maybe I'll get around to transplanting the Godin's synth guts into the Viper and be done with it. |

Location: SoCal | I have a Godin Multiac Nylon hanging by my chair downstairs. It actually has a pleasingly balanced unpluged acoustic voice. Not very loud by any standards, but nice in a quiet room or out on the patio in the middle of the night. The EA63 only comes alive when you plug it in. Vipers fit like a glove. I'd be in the wrong forum if I liked the feel of the Multiac over the Viper. |
