Location: Madison, Wisconsin		I emailed the Genz Benz customer service people about needing new rubber feet for my Shen Jr. I received a reply from Jeff Genzler on the same day saying they would be happy to send them out right away. Not only do the amps sound fantastic but I would consider that superior customer service as well.

Location: Latitude 39.56819, Longitude -105.080066		Nice to know there are still a few out there.

I spoke with customer service for my credit card company today. 3 different people and none of them spoke decent english.
