| with that great welcome and all, I thought I'd do something nice for you!
Jim and Maury, proving that "Rapid Roy" sounds much better on an O than a Martin (too bad the recording quality isn't good):

Look ma, no straps! Not the best example of Glen's playing, but it is a nice duet with Linda Ronstadt:

Paco DeLucia, Al DiMeola and John McLaughlin. You've probably seen this one before, but I'm just discovering Al DiMeola:

| Yeah she'll fit right in, ....it's always the same thing when they first start..... and then the guitar collecting will begin.... and it will never stop.......and you'll become one of the Hive.... (theme from psyco screaming in background)
Don't do it Michelle, run now while you can before they make one of those big carbon fiber guitar body pods for you! |

Location: Michigan | Hey Michelle, it is great to have you hear. I am somewhat new myself and this is a really great place, but it can be expensive :) . Here is my favorite you tube of an "O" being used. Listen to it ring! I love the way the sound board tech gives so much to the guitar.

| Oh, and I forgot to ask: Which kinds of Ovations are being shown in the videos? Naturally, I think that Glen Campbell is using the Glen Campbell model.

Location: Chicago | John M first played a Balladeer (1970), by the time of the Great Trio (1980) he and DiMeola were playing Custom Legends. Then JM switched to Ovation Nylon (1982); By "Belo Horizonte" in the mid-80s he had abandoned Ovations altogether. |
