Short list and really, 2 of the 3 in were rebuilt guitars, but both had twists.

In:

Rebuilt 87 C w/ new body, GS bowl, newer finish on top, and OP Pro.

Rebuilt Legend w/ new body, hand laid bowl, AAA (or better) spruce A braced top w/ 5 point rosewood bridge and no electronics

1970's Viper (I had the strange desire to write Dodge Viper) from Woodrow. Original p/u's, but Woodrow Special p/g (beautiful) w/ repositioned selector switch.

Out:

Preacher 12 string (used to finance the Legend project).

Parts for a custom Viper/Bluebird project.

I thought it would be interesting

Beggin, I wasn't looking for the D-18. I get an email from Kim that says "I know you don't need another one of these but........." It is a total refinish job, but still nice and it has the neck.

I also have no plans for anything else this year. We'll see how long that lasts.

My earlier post was wrong. The 1 in this year, and the reason the 1615 went out, is my 1538-1.

I'm working on a complicated trade/sell/buy right now. Considering how much shipping is involved, I'm not gonna jinx the deal by dropping details. When it's over and done, I'll give a full confession.

So far, the Ute should get to its new owner today, and my mm-68 mando will ship out with a 48-hour approval period today. It's what's coming that makes me nervous. Nothing super special, but special to me and worth enough to keep me nervous throughout the transit.

After that, with regards to trading/buying...well...someone has applied my brakes for me for the foreseeable future.

No "ins" for me this year unfortunately, but last year was pretty active. I lost count, but I know there were over 30 with over 20 "out's"

There have been a couple of unfortunate "outs" this year though. It'll swing back the other way again i'm sure.

Funny how things sometimes just drop in your lap..I always hesitate when I see TJ's number pop up on my phone.

Great get Beal! (hadn't you been looking for one?)

No guitars, on or out. I'm at the point now where ins have to equal outs and I don't have any guitars that I'm willing to have go out - certainly not for the price they're fetching these days.

I do, however, have an OP-Pro Studio on the way from Al and a Fishman SoloAmp coming in as well. I've got an amp and some other gear that'll cover the Fishman (the OPPS got in under the radar).

Also I'm having my ES-137 Custom, uh, customized by the Obbligato Custom Shop (you can find 'em on Harmony Central or google their web-site). Michael Franklin is the engineer that does the work and he's done great work for me in the past. This time I'm having the Varitone™ circuit replaced by Obbligato's Turnstyle™ circuit and a piezo circuit added. That should be back by the end of March.
