Hi guys,
I friend of mine owns a Pinnacle CU 247. The guitar is equipped with a thinline pickup & OP30 preamp. She reported a sudden loose of volume (nearly half) on the 6th string only. I suggested to do the routine check on both the undersaddle pickup and the preamp connection, hoping that the problem is not in the premp electronic.
Does anyone had or ever heard of similar problem ?
Thanks

That's got nothing to do with the preamp or wiring. It's a pickup fault and probably not repairable. Needs a new CP100 thinline.
