For those of you that have had the chance to try both, what is the difference between a 1613 Classic, and a 1616 Concert Classic? In my eyes, both deep bowl, non-cut-away, I think the electronics are different (single knob versus stacked knob). I think one is Spruce and the other is Spanish pine/Cedar, do they sound the same, close, way different?

Spec-wise there's not a whole lot of difference. The 1113 Classic was originally specified as having a triple-A Spanish pine top, double fan bracing and gold tuners. The 1116 Concert Classic had a double-A Spruce top, VT-10 bracing and chrome tuners. By the early 80's both had spruce tops.
I've owned both, but not at the same time. I don't remember them sounding significantly different from each other.

I sound equally like Segovia on either one of them. They must be the same.

Small clarification to what Paul said. I don't know where the 1113 morphed into the 1713 cedar topped Classic and the 1613 Spanish Pine topped classic (Spanish Pine is another name for cedar), but the 1713 continued to have a cedar top through the 80s. I don't know if the 1613 continued to have a Spanish Pine top.
OK, I guess that didn't clarify anything. I know that I like the cedar top with the nylon strings. I don't know why they had so many varieties, but it is the spice of life.
