Location: Utah | A towel on the dining room table. For neck support we have one of those cheap Planet Waves plastic tripods. Works well enough for the minor stuff I'm capable of doing. |

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia | Have a big overstuffed chair in the home studio which is where the Ovation goes for string changes etc because of the bowl. All of the other acoustics and electrics lie flat on the coffee table in the same room. |

Location: the BIG Metropolis of TR | Although I have a 4'x 8' workbench with two halogen work lights out in my detached shop, I usually just lay a thick towel down on our large dining room table and roll up another towel to put under the neck.
Most of the work I do on my guitars is changing strings, cleaning, adjusting the truss rod, or tightening an occasional loose screw, etc....Anything major will get a trip to the Mothership! |
