Here is a direct link to a video of one of my fans on reverbnation, Marion Loquidice. She is a fantastic singer song writer with all the gifts to go to the top. From NY State. In the video you will see that her guitar player is using an Ovation Classical guitar. You see the guitar several times but the way the video was shot I don't think you can tell what model it is. I hope you enjoy this song I know I have greately.  Just click on the the word Direct Link below. After the video if you stay, her next video shot with Cyndi Lauper will play, no Ovations seen but a fantastic show.  Enjoy

About Marion, by Marion:

Hi and welcome to my world of music!

Your interest is what keeps me inspired to continue moving towards emotional risks

that have taken my life from a place of surviving to a place of thriving!

I can't do it alone... so thank you very much!

I would like to tell you a little bit about myself...

I was just turning 40. ( I am now 48).
I felt as if my life was dry as dust.
One late night while watching the Howard Stern show
I saw an older woman singing a song that she had written for a very young and beautiful pop star .
I was moved by her performance in a strange kind of way. It was as if something inside of me, that got cut off at the throat many years ago was resurrecting and I couldn't resist its pull.
Many times throughout my life I felt called to sing and write music. Yet I never learned to play an instrument , never took a voice lesson and never grew a backbone strong enough to endure criticism when it came to matters of the heart.
But a great something rose up in me that night, that was fiercer than all of my negativity , and the following day I went to 48th street , bought an autoharp and cracked open my first song.
I knew I had to keep the bar set very low so that everything I did would be a success
and nothing would kill off the tiny flame that was finally  lit after 40 years of silence.
So I  worked  very hard to keep the right kind of support close to me (and still do!!).

1 year and 30 songs later
I stood on stage to sing for the first time - the worst club , the worst night,
the worst time slot and the worst snow storm .
I thought no one would come and I was relieved because
I didn't want to humiliate myself in front of a packed audience.
Everyone and their mother showed up.
I never opened my eyes for the 45 minutes that I stood on that stage to sing.
It was one of the hardest things I ever did.

Each song that I wrote was like another vertebrae in this new backbone that I was building.

I started playing and selling out Joes Pub in NYC on a regular basis.
Shortly after that, a renowned Austin Dj ( Jody Denberg KGSR) became enchanted with my music
and chose me as his top pick for the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas.
I opened up for Loudon Wainwright at the Cactus Cafe in Austin and NYC's Blender Theater.
Cyndi Lauper sang a duet with me on a song called "Mary" on my 2nd CD "Gods House".
and on and on it goes.

I hope that you too will go out on a limb, find the right kind of support and then do what is in your heart.
It doesn't matter if you sing well or write great songs,
all that matters is that you have a song in your heart,
and that no one and no thing outside of you has authority over your beautiful spirit.

You can find me at  Marionsmusic.com
or on my facebook page Marionloguidice/marionmusic.com or
@motherwheel on twitter.

I will be officially releasing my 3rd CD  "Tales From the Topside World"
in the begining of the New Year and I am giving away a few free downloads now.
Thank you again for your interest!!

With much love,
Marion
