Greetings from So. AZ. I own an Applause AE 13 and just bought a GC-2. Did not get much info. on the GC-2 from Kaman. Dose any one have any info. on the '80s Celebrity solid body line? how many were made, brand of pick-up, etc. Thanks, NMM

Not a lot is known about the import solid-bodies. I have owned a bunch of them, and all fine instruments. You might find some additional info on the www.OvationTribute.com site like maybe a brochure. Actual numbers are not known, but there were a LOT of'em.

Thanks Mr. Ovation. Found an Ovation model, price & year list @ Ovation. The GC-2 was only made in'87($299) & '88($325). Trying to find out how many were made. I payed $197/w/hsc. in 7 out of 10 condition. Missing trem bar, have to replace vol. pot & 2 saddle hight screws. Will do more digging after work. Thanks again, GO DEVILS! NMM
