I play acoustically 90% of the time. And I've always made sure I change my strings on a regular basis.

I know corroded strings make your acoustic tone sound like a turd. But I was wondering if it makes any difference to your plugged in tone. Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks.

Corrosion effects a string's vibration, a transducer captures mechanical vibrations... corroded strings sound like a turd unplugged and plugged-in.

Thanks Noah. Sounds like I'm already on the right track.
