Location: Denver, CO | I read a post in the "for sale" section about making donations to the OFC if you are selling items on the message board. no notes as to how toy make those donations. i then searched arcjives and found a thread from 2005 about making donations, but that link is dead. Is there a way any of us newbs who are interested could get involved in supporting the site? I know everyone appreciates your time, effort and commitment, but I'm sure some of us would be willing to give back in whatever small way we can. |

Then, where it sez "Click here to make a contribution"... you click and it takes you to PayPal.

Is the donate button circled below now visible to you? I'm not being sarcastic, I just see this question enough (maybe once every couple of months) from people I know like yourself you mentioned reading the stuff on the For Sale page so I'm beginning to wonder if the button isn't showing up for some reason for some people.
I realize it's not a big deal, you found your answer easy enough, but you shouldn't have to dig for it.

Location: Denver, CO | Sorry Miles. I never saw that header above the thread listings until today. I've been keeping up this week at work: Could be it was being blocked by the company network? I'll look again Monday morning and see if it pops up. Glad i could give you a laugh this fine day, or at least irritate a little... |

Maybe some people are looking for a DONATION button, not a CONTRIBUTION button? (Can't see the wood for the trees)

(we HAVE an irony button, don't we?)
ROT - anything that doesn't look funny, is probably ironic.
.....or iconic, I get those two mixed up.... |
